The idea here is to control and snipe small threats until you get Intruder Alarm, and now you get to ping with every creature like Tim anytime anyone plays a creature, such as Cloud of Faeries or Shield Sphere. Not only does this punish your opponents at instant speed for playing creatures, whilst rewarding you when you do, it also gives you a bit of a valve to control the tempo of the game. Add Sigil of Sleep and Charisma to bounce or steal creatures as soon as they hit the board (and with either of these two out you can start playing a catch-up game with the board state). Curiosity for card draw, helpful for getting control spells and creatures back in hand. Pemmin's Aura is the back-up plan, and can very well win games too, in combination with other enchantments, but with Intruder Alarm in particular. Sapphire Medallion makes things cheaper, but also has synergies with Cloud of Faeries and Snap to actually gain mana for casting them.
