Adeliz, the Cinder Wind

Budget Wizards tribal deck, wins by combat damage, sometimes commander damage, sometimes Price of Progress damage. Very casual, fun to play.

It plays a more tempo game, applying early pressure and disruption, build a board of Wizards and pump them.

Price of Progress is an important finisher, if you can copy it, it does big damage. It really is an underrated card if you are playing nearly all basic lands.
