Out Flusterstorm
In Expel from Orazca
Closely inspecting all my counterspells I realized that Flusterstorm
did almost nothing for our gameplan, it doesn't counter Null Rod, Stony Silence Manglehorn, Notion Thief or even Arcane Laboratory and Rule of Law.
With this change we will increase even more the deck capacity of shifting between control and storm gameplans, as we increase our ''cantrip interactions*'' ratio.
*Interactions that we can use on our storm turn to bounce our own mana positive rocks and recast them, drawing a card. In order to proceed storming, we cantrip those interactions. Expel from Orazca is the most powerful of those spells that was still out of the list, that overlook is now corrected.

Heya. This looks ok. Seems broadly similar to the stock list, at https://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/jhoira-stax-combo/ . I know that list is called "stax" by the designer, but it's got like 4 stax-ish cards so I have trouble really seeing it. Also could probably borrow some tech from there, like whir of invention, pithing needle, silent gravestone, and words of wind. Could also borrow some of the manabase (like, you'll need some basic mountains - two - or you risk drawing dead red-only fetches).
I think you need to be careful here to make the deck function w/o Jhoira; there's a danger of being too commander-dependent.
