Cast Acererak, venture to somewhere other than his Tomb of Annihlation (I like Dungeon of the Mad Mage) to bounce him to your hand, repeat for value. The deck has various cost reducers to bring this down to {B}. As some of those cost reducers will only be affecting Zombies (e.g. Urza's Incubator), the deck also has a bit of a tribal aspect (Door of Destinies can grow quite large indeed). (However, I might switch to artifacts/colorless creatures instead since Acererak is hungry for black mana yet tends to leave a surpluss of colorless mana.)

The deck has a number of triggered lifegain/drain cards like Demon's Horn & Ayara, First of Locthwain, plus some life payment outlets like Ad Nauseam & Aetherflux Reservoir.

Strionic Resonator can target your room triggers. (Notably, Dungeon of the Mad Mage's last room.)

Acererak the Archlich + K'rrik, Son of Yawgmoth + Ayara, First of Locthwain + Bontu's Monument + another colorless cost reducer lets you draw your whole deck while also draining everyone, by going trough the Dark Pool in Lost Mine of Phandelver. Might want to include Elixir of Immortality so that the die before you draw yourself to death.
