Making my very first EDH deck. Help would be greatly appreciated!! I'm also trying to keep within reasonable budget.

Partner Commanders: Ikra Shidiqi, the Usurper + Tymna the Weaver

Running White/Black/Green (Abzan) this deck focuses on Life Gain and Life Drain effects. In addition to that, there are a few cards that can add counters from life gained on turn. Just trying to work it out into a possible playable deck to hold my own against some friends
