This deck is in a workable place right now. After some troubles with combos that didn't work, I found something that does though it is a tad janky. Flayer Husk, Grinding Station, Salvaging Station are the new combo. The token goes to the graveyard, it enters the battlefield, and the card is only an artifact so it does work, though it is a tad odd. You can also throw Goblin Bombardment into the mix but makes things a little more annoying. Does work if you can't mill your opponent for some reason. Or if they have a creature that doesn't let you win for example. Etherium Sculptor is in here for making the casting easier for the needed artifacts. Ravenous Intruder is for a combat victory which can be combo'd with Whirler Rogue if needed. Thopter Spy Network, Slobad, Goblin Tinkerer, Sage of Lat-Nam, and Tamiyo's Journal are for utility. Tamiyo's Journal being the more important and useful one for tutoring the needed cards.

The deck can be made into a Modern deck if you take out Goblin Bombardment and replace it with a Blasting Station. But that would make the deck ~ double the cost. And the idea is to be as budget as possible. But if you are willing to spend a bit more, that is an option. Of course, there are many other cards that would make this deck better but the deck would be near $100 at that point...

Playtesting Update:

Record: 15-6

Deck seems to be great in a free for all setting, however in a 1v1 game it can be rough depending on who you play. Creature heavy decks are probably going to do a lot of damage. Chump blocking will be needed at times. Might have to put some removal in the deck.

So I realized that I would not be able to use the Grinding Station / Salvaging Station / Ornithopter combo correctly. the whole 'noncreature artifact' thing kind of killed it. So after some soul searching and moving on I figured I would try to make the deck work. I found that Flayer Husk would technically work with it. Since it is an artifact it would be allowed to return. The germ would enter the battlefield and would die when the artifact is sacrificed. The deck is also going to get some love from Etherium Sculptor to make my artifacts cost a tad less which is what is killing the deck. Might also add land or two to make sure I hit my land drops.
