A vela led sacrifice deck with a splash of ninjas, cause ninjas make everything better. Right?

Any suggestions are welcome as long as they are supportive of the main theme. I don't want to be told to switch colors, or change the aristocrat theme.

This is my 31st deck on way to build one of each color identity (only blue/white left), as of 1-27-2019 I have this sleeved, but have not actually played it yet.

When I build, I usually put in only cards I have on hand then look for upgrades.
