The deck wins by storming off an avalance of spells.

• Put Firebrand Archer, Thermo-Alchemist, Guttersnipe or Gelectrode on the battlefield and then storm off to kill the table.
• Put Aetherflux Reservoir on the battlefield, storm off and then nuke every player.
• Put Young Pyromancer or Talrand, Sky Summoner on the battlefield, then storm off and lead your army of elementals or drakes to war.
• Just storm off and finish with a Grapeshot or Ignite Memories.

To storm off, you can do it the hard way or you can just assemble the Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter combo, that with a couple of mana rocks or a Sol Ring can go infinite storm count, and even net you infinite mana if you generate more than 2 mana. Alternatives are Dramatic Reversal + Elite Arcanist or Paradox Engine.

Manabase is strictly budget. It runs all the cycling lands available to a Grixis manabase, plus some utility land and base lands. The cycling lands are useful if you are fine with the mana and you just need to find the combo pieces and storm off, as cycling turns the lands into a cantrip.
