My first deck for pauper casual kitchen table play. Not meant to be competitive, I made this with the card pool I have, so the idea changed a lot because of available card pool and playsets.

A real budget mono black aggro deck. First, we make a lot of cheap creatures and tokens. They are used to play spark harvest, vraska's finisher and vulturous aven. Attack even with a 1/1 rat, if you have Vraska's finisher to play in the second main. These value trades should add up. Your rat is always a 1 for 1, but there are plenty of ways to make it a 2 for 1 in this deck.

That should get us to the mid/late game. You also take any opportunity to get as much undead servants and grixis slavedrivers (I only have 1 in my collection) in your graveyard as possible by using surveil triggers from barrier of bones (only 2 included now) or Deadly Visit. Mid game you should try to make a zombie army and make him regret coming to the swamps.
