I have this deck made and have won with it before. If you like to start wars of attrition and to pull out a game TIE or win by others scooping, this is the deck for you. Very satisfying deck even when you lose.

Main way to win/tie the game is to just get everyone greedy and draw cards throughout the game. Having Reliquary Tower out is nice to hold on to a lot of cards and finally use Windfall

Quest for Ancient Secrets and Elixir of Immortality can be good to put into your main deck if you're aiming for a failsafe mill win.

Typical group hug deck, be political and share the love with Phelddagrif. I have usually found myself almost always ending up as one of the last two alive.
