This budget deck features three of my favorite things: flying, lifelink, and card advantage. The best card in the deck is Legion Lieutenant , but I could only fit in two copies on a $5 budget. However, I've also included two copies of Forerunner of the Legion , so you can just tutor one up if you want. On the other hand, if you already have a bunch of vampires out, it's usually best to tutor Bishop of the Bloodstained , which can sometimes finish the game.
