This is a wizard tribal deck featuring prowess and prowess-like creatures. Curve out with Faerie Seer, Stormchaser Mage, and either Wee Dragonauts or Adeliz, the Cinder Wind. Then play a bunch of one-drop spells on turn four to trigger your abilities and fly in for the win. Spite of Mogis is removal, Shock and Wizard's Lightning provide direct damage, and League Guildmage gives you a cheap way to copy all your spells. Opt, Winged Words, Spite of Mogis, and Twisted Image give you card draw and selection (as does Faerie Seer). Twisted Image is especially nice on Stormchaser Mage.

If you have a couple of extra bucks, replace Faerie Seer with Soul-Scar Mage, Unsummon with Wizard's Retort, and try to fit in at least one copy of Naru Meha, Master Wizard.
