This a super-cheap tribal build focused on the enrage mechanic. On curve, play Commune with Dinosaurs, Raptor Hatchling, Frilled Deathspitter, Needletooth Raptor, Raging Swordtooth, Sun-Crowned Hunters, and Thundering Spineback. Raging Regisaur, Raging Swordtooth, and Savage Stomp are your triggers. Frilled Deathspitter, Needletooth Raptor and Sun-Crowned Hunters are your payoffs. Llanowar Elves and Drover of the Mighty ramp, Lightning Strike and Savage Stomp provide removal, and Commune with Dinosaurs either fixes mana early or finds you key dinos late.

If you've got a couple of extra bucks, replace Llanowar Elves with two more copies of Commune with Dinosaurs and either Drover of the Mighty or Otepec Huntmaster. Other relatively cheap dinosaur upgrades would include Regisaur Alpha, Ripjaw Raptor, and Silverclad Ferocidons. Forerunner of the Empire is also excellent for triggering enrage and can be substituted in for Raging Regisaur.
