The plan for this deck is to hold off your opponent early with cheap deathtouch creatures like Hired Poisoner, Ruthless Ripper, and Tomebound Lich (not an assassin, but perfect for this deck). Use Clutch of the Undercity to tutor up Etrata, the Silencer and then blink her after combat with Teferi's Time Twist or return her to your hand with Unsummon. Both spells can also be used to protect Etrata from removal, or repeat ETBs on creatures like Tomebound Lich and Big Game Hunter. Or you can just use Unsummon to buy yourself some time by bouncing your opponent's creatures. Etrata, the Silencer, Big Game Hunter, and Scarblade Elite provide removal. Negate, Anticipate, and Supreme Will give you a good mix of card selection and control/protection. This is a surprisingly consistent, very fun deck to play. Give it a try!
