This budget deck plays an aggressive set of green and red slivers. Striking Sliver gives first strike, Belligerent Sliver adds menace, Firewake Sliver contributes haste, Hollowhead Sliver gives card selection, and Spiteful Sliver adds direct damage. Predatory Sliver, Cleaving Sliver, Tempered Sliver, and Spined Sliver all buff (Spined Sliver goes especially well with Belligerent Sliver.) Giant Growth gives you combat tricks; Magma Jet adds card selection and direct damage.

If you have a couple of extra bucks, Venom Sliver, Fury Sliver, and Thorncaster Sliver are all great. I'd also add a few more copies of Spiteful Sliver. And Two-Headed Sliver would be a cheap upgrade for Belligerent Sliver.
