Okay, what is this deck, HTF is it $40? Does it even work?

Simple way to answer this, yes. The deck works. Use Hermit Druid to deck yourself, as we run no basic lands, then use Dredgscape Zombie and Narcomoeba to get 3 creatures on the field, then use Dread Return to toss a Necrotic Ooze onto the battlfield.

Activate Wall of Roots and Blighted Bat with the mana. Channeler Initiate & Devoted Druid earn you infinite mana, and you can dump that all into dropping your commander, then activating it infinitely, placing every non-land card from your graveyard back into hand as often as you want. Recast Beast Within & Reality Shift over and over until you deck all of your opponents, and pass the turn, as each opponent goes to their draw step with an empty library, they lose the game.

Use Phantasmagorian to discard combo-pieces stuck in your hand.
