4/30 Update: Replaced Cephalid Constable with Teferi's Veil for budget reasons thanks to the recent spike in Constable.

The goal of this deck is to infect your opponents to death! Use your tiny, unblockable infect creatures to get the party started, then proliferate them to their noxious end. You can also speed up the process using equipment that will keep your creatures unblockable thanks to only buffing their power, not their toughness. The rest of the deck is draw and counterspells, cuz it's mono-blue, so of course I had to!

Cool Plays: Equip an infect creature with Liverwire Lash fo disincentive your opponents from removing it by threatening to give them two poision counters!

Try to get an aim counter on Hankyu so you can proliferate them. Once you have enough aim counters on Hankyu, equip it to one of your infect creatures to snipe an opponent out of nowhere for the win!

The idea for this list was to build a fun infect deck for under $30. After some thought, I decided to add cards that I already own, which sets the total value of this deck over $30. However, the deck is still super cheap to build, and its still fun and fast!
