{U}{B}{R} on a budget.

With further upgrading, this deck could become playable; for now, I'll dunk on my friends at the kitchen table with this condensed modern deck. Let's address the Generous Gift in the room... What in God's name is that mana base?! You wanna know what it's not? Expensive. It also provides Cabal Therapist creatures to sacrificed if needed. Drownyard Temple also shrinks the graveyard to decrease the number of options your opponents have when you activate Tasigur, the Golden Fang.

Let's go over some of my precious generic brand Grixis staples.

Snapcaster Mage has been replaced by Mission Briefing, which counts towards Ral, Izzet Viceroy, can be cast by Kess, Dissident Mage, and still allows for the classic Bolt-Snap-Bolt at the cost of a {U} instead of the {C} in Snappy's CMC.

Force of Negation is expensive. I'm running Countersquall. The chip damage pairs nicely with the aggressive nature the deck takes if it's able to stabilize.

Young Pyromancer? Yes. Two words: Grixis Charm.

No Jace, the Mind Sculptor?! No Boogie-Man for us, we've got a buffet in the form of two of each of the following: Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God, Ashiok, Nightmare Muse, and Ral, Izzet Viceroy. (4/2/21 Edit) Chandra has also joined the party, and she brought a bottle of fireball. Ashiok is great for cards like Grixis Charm and Cabal Therapist because of its near endless number of tokens, and Ral helps fill the graveyard and can act as a removal piece due to the amount of cheap instants (that should be) in the graveyard. Chandra just does Chandra things. Like arson.

Isn't it a war crime to use weapons that utilize an open flame on enemy forces? Is Chandra literally a war criminal Jesus Christ I'm shaking and crying help.
