Surely, you expected me to have the god slayer himself as my rakdos commander. This guy pretty much single handedly destroyed Amonkhet in the hour of devastation! The idea is simple, rush out the Scorpion God and protect him if possible. If he actually doesn’t get banishing lighted or something, unload your hand as best you can - kill everything and rest thoseneyes knowing your hand’s been replenished by the generosity of the scorpion king himself. Pretty much everything in the deck gives -1/-1s, is a kill/damage spell, or a staple; oh, or a cycling card. Watch out though because like no one has hexproof or flash so pretty much all the monsters are very answerable; but hey sometimes you’ll get a ragtag gang of witherers running amuck and then you can save up for a red wedding turn with the scorpion god + all the kill/damage spells imaginable. But if it’s one thing I want you to take away from all this - you are more than allowed to audibly laugh if your opponent plays a god!
