The ol' Swiss Army Sliver toolbox.

This deck starts trying to ramp with Manaweft Sliver or Gemhide Sliver and other dorks/ramp/fixing to cast Sliver Overlord and then tutoring up whatever tools you need.

Possible win-cons are overrunning with Mirror Entity , death by shadow thanks to Shifting Sliver , infecting with Virulent Sliver or draining by going wide with Leeching Sliver on the board.

Not optimized, but able to combo off with Sliver Queen + Ashnod's Altar + Heartstone or Mana Echoes and kill with hasty, flying slivers or with Purphoros, God of the Forge triggers.
