If you don't know already Niv-Mizzet he Firemind creates a combo with either Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, or Tandem Lookout. You draw a card deal 1 damage causing you to draw another and deal another damage and it repeats until your out of cards. You can win by either killing your opponent or playing Laboratory Maniac or Jace, Wielder of Mysteries and drawing your deck. Illusionist's Bracers can be used to kill to double Niv-Mizzets damage. Curiosity and Ophidian Eye are both may abilities so you can stop them whenever to play Laboratory Maniac and then draw another card to continue the combo. Tandem Lookout is not a may ability so you need to have Laboratory Maniac already out or make sure it deals enough damage to kill your opponent.

There are cards like Crawlspace and Propaganda to stop creature based decks. There is also a couple bounce cards and artifact removal. Even though you risk revealing an important card with Counterbalance its great for slowing down other players and combos with Sensei's Divining Top. There are plenty of counterspells and Niv-Mizzet, Parun and Psychosis Crawler are there as Backups as well as Triskaidekaphile. Many draw cards and cards that allow me to cycle my hand are used to get the cards I want sooner. And a couple of library search cards for whatever your heart desires.

The Decks weaknesses are it has limited enchantment removal and no recursion. Also it has no true board wipe and instead uses Cyclonic Rift. Its Decently Consistent but not as much as I would like it to be (on average wins turn 8).
