An orzhov angel tribal (ish) deck with Liesa as the commander. There are a few non-angel creatures that provide strong value for the deck like Khambal to double up on drain for noncreature spells, Tymna for card draw, Keeper of the Accord for ramp, etc. Folks often underestimate how quickly two life per spell adds up, and Liesa's passive ability can drain them down low enough to finish them off with combat pressure from this decks mostly flying and mostly powerful creatures. Additionally, having Liesa out can stop any combos that involve casting a spell in their infinite loop. And there's something sadistically satisfying about having Liesa out when an opponent is at two life.
