A deck that I want to take to FNM. I really like Dragonmaster Outcast, so I wanted to include him in a deck. I could convert this deck into an Orzhov Humans and cut down on cost and have an easier time with mana fixing. I like how this deck turned out, but any suggestions are welcome. I had some trouble with the sideboard, but gave it my best shot.
