Why the Liliana's?
I chose these 5 planeswalkers due to the fact of easily manipulating the ultimates. the ultimates also strongly fit the theme of the flavor.

Liliana of the Dark Realms 6 black mana and 3 cards out of your hand with Yawgmoth, Thran Physician net you insane amount of mana
Liliana, Dreadhorde General 6 black mana and 3 cards out of your hand with Yawgmoth, Thran Physician lets you snowball the board with a major advantage
Liliana, Waker of the Dead 6 black mana and 3 cards out of your hand with Yawgmoth, Thran Physician lets you recur creatures every turn
Liliana, the Last Hope 8 black mana and 4 cards out of your hand with Yawgmoth, Thran Physician fills the flavor void of endless zombie ranks

Combos and Synergy

Other Flavor, Combo and Synergy (there are even more that I am constantly discovering)
Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Triskelion
Liliana's Standard Bearer can net you a lot of card draw with the constant sac and dying
Krav, the Unredeemed can net you a lot of card draw and life gain with the zombies
Ghoulcaller Gisa + Coat of Arms can be used in an infinite string with some altars and also is amazing synergy for zombies
Contamination is a soft lock
God-Eternal Bontu lets you draw a lot of cards
Gray Merchant of Asphodel a recursion combo with card:nim death mantle and sac outlet lets you drain the table
Necrotic Ooze can be straight value with a lot of your creatures in the yard
Elbrus, the Binding Blade   you can't tell me it doesn't feel good to swing with this beauty to turn it into a demon
Westvale Abbey   for some demon action

These cuts came to creation due to wanting to increase card draw and consistency. Gisa felt way too slow with sometimes only having a zombie to sac to make (2) zombies. This did not feel good.

Coat of arms was cut due to the fact that once I start making a swarm of zombies it really doesn’t matter what their power is due to me already having a strong placeholder on the board. Felt too slow for its intention. It’s better in a straight tribal theme.

Doomed necromancer helps to recur and get demons on the board faster, especially with + lily for discard and then recurring a fatty.

Damnable pact fits the flavor of lily damning her soul for eternal life and power, which eternal pact gives you in fact exactly that. Power for your soul in card draw.
