This is an aristocrat style deck with the commander Garna, used as the recursion engine. This deck has an abundance of sac outlets, and creatures with strong etb effects, which can easily be recurred and replayed with Garna. To help with casting, and re-casting creature spells, I've added mostly mana reduction based ramp, such as Semblance Anvil. This deck may seem clunky at first sight, with 3 different key parts of the deck (sac outlets, sac-able creatures, and mana reduction), but I've found through testing that 9 times out of 10, this deck performs just fine. I hope you consider building a Garna deck, because I think that this commander is extremely under appreciated, and I'd like to see it more out in the wild.
