My first ever EDH-deck: Kaalia of the Vast. Updated throughout the years. Suggestions are much appreciated!

Combat damage: buffed by Archfiend of Despair, Gisela, Blade of Goldnight, Blast-Furnace Hellkite, Bloodletter of Aclazotz and/or Aurelia, the Warleader

The basic strategy is to drop Kaalia of the Vast, making sure she's protected and able to attack the turn she hits the battlefield. To take full advantage of her ability and create an advantageous boardstate it's necessary to maintain a full hand. Since Kaalia of the Vast is able to drop big threats early in the game there's also a lot of fast mana in the deck to support the early entry of dominant creatures on our side of the battlefield. Kaalia of the Vast can be vulnerable to counterspells and boardwhipes so some protection is necessary to ensure she and her demons, dragons and angels hit the battlefield safely and are able to stay out there. That's a focal point in this deck while a lot of other kaalia-decks focus on recursion. In order to make Kaalia's army push through for combat damage it's important to be able to deal with opposing threats or pieces that slow down our gameplan. Therefore you'll find lots of removal within this deck.
