I'm bored and in self quarantine so here is my idea for a Norin the Wary deck. I pulled a foil Norin when opening a mystery booster pack and had to give it a try. This list is not trying to be uber competitive and definitely has some cards in there that are meant be be more fun then good (looking at you Goblin Game and Illicit Auction) but I am still trying to win.

There are ways of taking advantage of creatures leaving or entering the battlefield via Impact Tremors, Purpheros, God of the Forge, Outpost Siege, Pandemonium, and Warstorm Surge. If you need to there are also a couple infinites in Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker with Zealous Conscripts, Helm of the Host, Combat Celebrant, and of course Godo, Bandit Warlord with Helm of the Host.
