My personal brew based on my research through multiple Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain builds out there - I took elements from Cheerios, Stax and Storm builds to create a deck that I think can adapt to the different strategies it might go up against and can compete in a cEDH environment.

Strategies:

• The immediate goal of the deck is to get Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain out into play followed by a series of artifact spells triggering draws then returning the artifacts to hand to be cast again to trigger more draws eventually leading to Aetherflux Reservoir to kill off your opponents.
• Another line this deck could take is by utilizing the artifact "discount" effects like Etherium Sculptor, Foundry Inspector, Cloud Key and Helm of Awakening to assemble Mystic Forge + Sensei's Divining Top to draw your whole deck and win using Jace, Wielder of Mysteries
• Third line to victory utilizes Brain Freeze + Lion's Eye Diamond + Underworld Breach to mill your entire deck to win through Jace, Wielder of Mysteries again or simply mill out your opponents, pass the turn and watch them die from not being able to draw. If you encounter opponents with "shufflers" like Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre or Kozilek, Butcher of Truth then you could simply build up mana and a spell count then cast Grapeshot to eliminate your opponents.
