Some infinite turns and pillowy lockout combos with heavy support from counter magic. Could have Sen Triplets as the commander instead, but I'll wait till that becomes necessary.

Turns combos

• Venser, the Sojourner + Temporal Manipulation/Time Warp + Archaeomancer/Mystic Sanctuary. This loop can also be done with Capsize, but that's incredibly high mana cost.

• Venser, the Sojourner + Rune-Scarred Demon + Nexus of Fate

• Archaeomancer + Sword of Hearth and Home and an evasive creature + Temporal Manipulation/Time Warp

• Riptide Laboratory + Archaeomancer + Temporal Manipulation/Time Warp if you somehow managed to make infinite mana.

• Nexus of Fate + Maralen of the Mornsong which will slowly kill you so you'd need something to gain life and offset the life loss.

Pillow/ Lockout combos

• Phyrexian Unlife + Solemnity

• Solitary Confinement + Necropotence along with any way to gain life to offset the life loss.

• Solitary Confinement + Dragonlord Ojutai/Dream Trawler

• Maralen of the Mornsong + Opposition Agent/Mindlock Orb with any way to put cards directly into your hand without drawing such as Dragonlord Ojutai, Necropotence, blinking Rune-Scarred Demon, or even Azcanta, the Sunken Ruin   + Scroll Rack/Sensei's Divining Top/Castle Vantress to filter the top of your library.

Other combos

• Solemnity + Glen Elendra Archmage to counter every threatening non-creature spell as long as you have blue open.

• Cabal Coffers + Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth for big mana.

• Approach of the Second Sun + Narset's Reversal or any tutor to basically threaten to win on your following turn. If you +1'd Teferi, Time Raveler, you could theoretically set the win up at the end of your opponents turn.

There are a lot more combos than I initially thought and there are some obvious non-bo's in the deck, such as the graveyard hate and synergies. I included them as meta choices.
