Muldrotha Mill / Self-Mill

WIP - looking for suggestions

Muldrotha mill/self-mill deck with plenty of value and some combos. Open to any suggestions for what to cut, replace or improve.

Strategy

In general the strategy is just to mill myself and my enemies while recurring valuable ETB effects through Muldrotha and a sacrifice outlet.

Win conditions

1. Self-mill out the whole deck and then win off Thassa's Oracle or Jace, Wielder of Mysteries.
2. Mill the opponent out using Altar of Dementia and Mesmeric Orb.
3. Chip away by recurring Gray Merchant of Asphodel and sacrificing creatures with Blood Artist out.
4. Fall back on Finale of Eternity if the game is going deep and the other paths are being countered.

Combos

1. Infinite loop to self-mill with Mesmeric Orb and Basalt Monolith.
2. Infinite loop to self-mill or mill opponents with Muldrotha, the Gravetide, Kaya's Ghostform, Lotus Petal and Altar of Dementia.

Value Interactions

1. Repeating Gyruda, Doom of Depths with Kaya's Ghostform / Thassa, Deep-Dwelling to fill out the board
2. Avatar of Woe will almost always only cost two black from milling
3. Alchemist's Refuge allows flashing out Kaya's Ghostform / Carapace to protect something
