This is a strict tribal deck, so all creatures included are either a proper Sliver or are a changeling (which also counts as a Sliver).

Some various combos available in this deck:

Sliver Overlord + Amoeboid Changeling = Add the Sliver creature type to an opponent's creature and then permanently steal it with the Overlord.

Sliver Hivelord + Blasphemous Act or End Hostilities or Wrath of God = Wipe your opponents' creatures while yours are indestructible.

Sliver Queen + Ashnod's Altar + Heartstone = Make a Sliver token with the Queen, sacrifice it to the Altar. Keep repeating this process to result in infinite Colorless mana and infinite Sliver tokens. This can also be paired with Impact Tremors to kill all opponents with infinite damage.

Sliver Queen + Mana Echoes = As above, this results in infinite Colorless mana and infinite Sliver tokens, since every token created creates additional mana. This can also be paired with Impact Tremors to kill all opponents with infinite damage.

If you want to switch it up, Sliver Overlord can be replaced as the Commander with any of the other Legendary, 5-color Slivers included in the deck: Sliver Hivelord, Sliver Legion, Sliver Queen, or The First Sliver.

Other Notes:

I don't currently have a Training Grounds, but this could be used in the deck in place of, or in addition to, Heartstone in order to reduce the costs of the abilities on things like Sliver Overlord and Sliver Queen.

Harmonic Sliver was left out on purpose in favor of Aura Shards, since the enchantment version of the effect is optional. If you don't care about possibly being forced to destroy your own artifacts and/or enchantments, this creature could also be run instead of, or in addition to the enchantment.
