Reason to play this deck:

you like your oppents deck and want to play it but dont want to build one like it.

Reason to not play this deck:

You hate being targeted (apparently people don't like having their things stolen).

This list is filled with combo pieces to make infinite mana and to be able to play an opponents deck. There's a few ways to mill a unplayable card so we can continue using all these otherwise untouchable resources. It leans heavily on control so we can get some of our own pieces on the board. There's some utility like Strip Mine and Wasteland just incase an opponent plays Homeward Path....we hate that card!!! And if all else fails Demonic Consultation/Thassa's Oracle.
