This is actually a much better deck archetype than you are giving it credit for, even without the commander (and there's a few others you could run in these colors... but honestly you did do some great homework here in getting things to synergize with your commander's golem ability).

My biggest recommendations would be to take out some of the more useless creatures and replace them with ramp cards and card draw (white has gotten some help with this recently and there's already a ton in red and you can always go with more artifacts since you already have support built-in for them with this deck). Then if you can find some ways to tutor out your two planeswalkers. If you did that you could even shift the deck towards a tap/untap style interaction deck since both of them have abilities interacting with that (I once made a killer mardu tap/untap deck using both of them) and Nahiri can fetch you a massive threat or a big artifact.

jamochawoke I'm trying to keep it mostly boros cards, so I think switching stuff up like that would net me less golems. I used to have less multicolored cards and it really would lose steam, so I am trying to keep 5 mana as the max, plus the angels are expensive. And since yes some creatures and instants are fairly mediocre, they are easily switched out with any new card. And Nahiri getting Iroas or something hits a lot harder than one would think, since much better to buff all my golems than get one big creature that relies on me ult-ing.

Very true, but you could get one golem for say your Sunhome Guildmage (whose only other uses are extremely expensive mana-sink abilities), or a card that nets you tons of your other multicolor cards by drawing to get a lot of golems (Like you are running Losheel which is pretty fantastic for this in this deck but imagine if you had two card draw engines out and having more than one allows some redundancy to account for removal/wipes). Kalemne also doesn't synergize with most of your cards because you mostly have a lower curve than their ability triggers off of. To be honest I would replace either of those with Slate of Ancestry since you are going to be flooding the board with tokens. You are also running Sunforger which is great for getting things you need. Stoneforge Mystic, Steelshaper's Gift, Open the Armory or Stonehewer Giant can get you Sunforger faster or can net you other fun equipment that work well in this deck like Sword of Fire and Ice.

There's also some fun shenanigans like Land Tax and Scroll Rack which is basically a "draw three a turn" as long as you are behind in lands, which you will be if you are playing vs any deck with green in it. Or Mask of Memory and Teshar, Ancestor's Apostle since the majority of your deck would be considered Historic so anything you bin with the Mask would come back with Teshar every time you cast one.

I would at least consider changing some stuff out after extensive playtesting, but hey, if you like how this plays and don't see the need for tighter tuning than there's no reason to change. Best of luck in your games!

jamochawoke i did say the deck is budget so most of your suggestions immediatly hit a wall. Plus I used to play voltron weapon decks, I'm fairly sick of them now. I'll probably get a slate of ancestry tho forgot about that one.

XD love the deck. But Feather, the Redeemed is still pretty playable. Does it run well?

TeyoSelflessProtector deck does p good if I hit my mana or commander stays alive more than the first turn. Since so many boros cards want to buff an army, making 4/4s for free is pretty good. Still could use some better creatures, but don't think I will make any changes unless new sets have something spicy.

Dragon Throne of Tarkir is a great card, and would give you an easy win con. Also dirt cheap. You have a lot of expendable creatures so something like Deathrender would be really good too.

So why was this deck retired?
