Welcome to Omnath! Your starting goal is to get him out as quickly as you can, maybe store mana for a turn, then cheat out a mana accelerator early. Perhaps an enchantment that doubles your mana production? Unless your opponents have mass enchantment removal, this deck quickly generates incredible amounts of mana, so much, in fact, that losing your commander becomes insignificant as you can cast him again and again (but maybe give him shroud just in case). The best way to ensure that you have mana, though, is to just keep dumping more forests onto the table.

This deck wants to do two different things: go big, and go wide, and it's up to you to discern which is the best for the given situation. Can you sneak Omnath through for massive commander damage? Store up your mana! Is there no way that you're getting through right now? Spend that mana, drop your hand, and draw into more creatures!

A number of cards in the deck care about your devotion to green, and as long as you've got a few creatures and/or enchantments, getting a lot out of Karametra's Acolyte or turning Nylea, God of the Hunt into a creature should be an easy feat.

If you draw Realm Seekers or Crop Rotation, be sure to grab Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx, which will often tap for 10+ mana at a time.

Use Garruk, Primal Hunter, Soul's Majesty, or even Greater Good to draw a surprising amount of cards. Even if you have to sacrifice Omnath (during your main phase), you can use the floating mana to re-cast him, and play some of the other cards that you just drew.

Since the deck is mono-green, a color not known for fancy tricks, it can stumble against white or blue control. Save the few answers that you have for when you need them the most, and otherwise, just play more creatures!
