I just playtested it. Was not disappointed.

I recommend having more tutors in here for Gilt-Leaf Archdruid and for the creatures in general, whatever you'd need at the time. Chord of Calling and Worldly Tutor are both great, and while he's not an elf or a druid Yisan, the Wanderer Bard is still really good.

I'll swap out Gravity Well and Archers for Worldly and Yisan. Good suggestions.

Deck looks fun as heck, nice job. Freyalise has always been one of my favorite commanders.

Thanks. I'm excited to see how Worldy Tutor and Yisan work out. I have the cards in the mail :)

Any thought to Eladamri, Lord of Leaves? Seems like he'd offer quite a bit of protection to your key pieces.

I'm curious how this plays in multiplayer. Stealing one person's lands seem like it'll put them out for a bit but you'd still have 1+ unaffected threats to deal with, right?

With Eldamari you can't use Elixir to untap, greeves to equip to something like Priest of Titties and use it for mana, use another elf to add counters to another elf to get more mana, or skullclamp to draw. Thank you for the suggestion tho.

Cippo, you take people's lands and they stop playing MTG and have zero responses. The main wincon is to get the condition to take lands. If they don't scoop you kill them with Crater, Triumph, or Ezuri or some other pump.

Have you considered Hurricane or Squall Line as a finisher?

This deck has 4-5 win cons already and I try not to have the same win cons in any of my decks. Good suggestion though, but Azusa has it already with Glacial Chasm so I live :)

I love it

Question cause I'm pretty sure I've got almost everything for this deck except for it, how often do you find that you need Gaea's Cradle? It seems like you have more than enough ramp/mana dork effects to shove through just about anything you need even without it.

I usually hold off on playing lands if I can draw because if I do land a GC I can dump the rest of the cards in my hand. It really helps keep the momentum going until you can grab your main win con. BUT, it isn't going to break the deck if you don't have a GC. I've won plenty of games without it. Nykthos or Wirewood Lodge pretty much do the same thing. It's more important to have one of the four cards that allow your dudes to tap for mana the turn they come out rather than a single land.

In my version I'm swapping Primordial Sage for Beast Whisperer. BW is strictly better as it's cheaper, and I don't need the redundancy of the effect. In at least goldfishing the deck I tend to go off or at least lock other people out after one Regal Force-effect.

Agreed it is a good replacement. I love drawing too much to give it up. If my choices are a bad swap with Beast Whisperer I may very well take your advice. Thank you. Good suggestion.

Love this deck! Quick question tho, is there any possibilities to cut this deck down to be more budget friendly or are the cards pretty much set in stone?

September 23, 2018 7:45 p.m.

Skillville says... #20

Yeah I can cut the power cards out and the main win con and alternate win cons can still win you the game. Let me come up with a list this week and I'll post it here and/or message you it.

Tony, what is your budget limit?

September 23, 2018 11:16 p.m.

Skillville says... #22

Tonymeister; you can cut out all the expensive cards and replace them with whatever lands, cheap creature tutors, ramp cards in place of expensive elves, craterhoof isn't necessary and I rarely cast him... (might take him out idk).

The main goal is to take everyone's lands so the more druids the better. Use tutors to fetch for Gilt Leaf-Archdruid and GG.

What do you thinking about the impervious greatwurm

October 3, 2018 9:05 p.m.

Skillville says... #24

Not an elf item IMO. It's a random 16/16 that is indestructible... ok then what? As soon as you create a stack expect it to get exiled asap. You could sac it for Greater Good or use it to draw from one of green's draw based on power cards, sure. If that's your argument then Worldspine Wurm is a better card slot. Infect? Why? Better decks use other cards for infect kills. I think its just a random big stompy creature with random abilities they haven't printed yet. While others may find it interesting I don't see any value with my play style or current deck lists.

Metachemist says... #25

I run a big Naya stompy deck and I'm thinking about running the greatwurm in it just to draw out the exile effect cards so that my opponents don't have them for the actual threats the deck runs. It's a good card but without reach/haste/trample/vig it's just another big green creature that either gets chump blocked or is a hate magnet.
