Well, not really Thunder Eggs, because this deck doesn't intend to storm out for the win. It instead hopes to cast a bunch of artifacts really cheaply, profit from their existence and death, and somehow achieve victory through that.

Realistically it's just a control deck with an artifact/historic theme.
