Rakdos Wheel and Deal for Modern. The best play is to get a Waste Not on field Turn 1 using Simian Spirit Guide. Then turn 2 Burning Inquiry, you can also Turn 1 this with 2 Simian Spirit Guide. Then luck of the draw determines how far your engine runs. So far in testing I have found you always want to make sure you have either Liliana's Caress or Waste Not in opening hand or else you're dead in the water. There's a good engine under the hood of this baby, it just doesn't always run!

Also another line of play depending on opening hand/mulligan is to just control with Inquisition of Kozilek and Thoughtseize then follow up with Kroxa, Titan of Death's Hunger
