Haven't ruled it out yet but until I figure out how my local meta has changed I don't feel the need to spend $15 on a pair of lands I prob wont use. Yet, because everyone's a gangster until you wished you could tutor for a pact of negation.
EDIT (9/18) - Updated a bit in the sideboard tab. Now I at least explain why they are there.

Thanks, it honestly was a toss up between the two. Although I will admit being able to tutor pact part is an upside, that is what I mostly use Merchant Scroll for now that I dropped Peer Through Depths - First targets would be Psychic Puppetry/Echoing Truth.
I have time to proxy it before Zen Rising so I'll give it a shot. Thanks

Nice. I run Tolaria West in my list, 2-3. I'm a fan because it's harder to interact with than Sylvan Scrying, and can find my 1-of Pact of Negation. Just food for thought. Sea Gate Stormcaller is interesting, will have to play around with that one.
