None of the cards in this deck have power greater than four, so as soon as you either get four mana or Cloak and Dagger into play, go ahead and summon Grenzo.

There are a couple combos built in.

Grenzo, Dungeon Warden + Illusionist's Bracers + Heartstone = 2 creatures for 1 mana. If you have Crypt Ghast and Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth in play, you can pretty much get the majority of your creatures into play in a couple turns. If you can get Filth into your graveyard, then all your creatures are unblockable.

Pentavus + Illusionist's Bracers + Ashnod's Altar = Infinite creatures and infinite colorless mana.

Crucible of Worlds + Buried Ruin = play both lands and artifacts from your graveyard, so no fear of using Grenzo's ability.

Grenzo, Dungeon Warden + Ashnod's Altar + Soldevi Digger + Flayer of the Hatebound = Infinite damage
