This is a bounce/discard Pauper EDH deck. Pauper EDH, as you may or may not know, features an uncommon creature as the commander and 99 commons filling out the rest of the deck. Marsh Crocodile is great for this format: it allows you to re-use ETB effects while eating away at your opponent's hands. Since you'll be discarding cards yourself there are a lot of draw spells and cantrips to refill your hand. The deck also features a lot of self-mill to turn your graveyard into a toolbox in the late game.
