Darien, King of Kjeldor is trying to be a Soldiers Tribal deck. Or at least that's how it started out. While there are still some Soldiers Tribal elements, they have slowly been cut from the deck in the quest for ever more powerful Equipment.

There are a few different directions that one could go with this Commander, and I'm not really committing to any of them. There's some Soldiers cards, some go-wide cards, and of course with a pile of Equipment, one-shotting someone Voltron style isn't out of the question either.

As far as the manabase... besides having a tendency to shoot myself in the face, 35 lands is a bit deceptive, as two of them don't reliably tap for mana. (I'm looking at you, Temple of the False God.) So the actual land count is more like 33. That's... a bit low. I think probably 2 more Snow-Covered Plains would be safer, but it's really hard for me to find cuts, so any suggestions in that regard are welcome.
