Looking for suggestions for first paper deck. The 10 more expensive cards in the sideboard are replaced with the 10 cheaper ones until I acquire them. It is a budget deck, so I don't want to get Mox, Land Grant, or Mana Crypt. The maybeboard are cards I am considering. I am open to any changes. Also, because I have never played EDH before, what is the approximate power level of this deck?
