Something I got from MTGGoldfish and made some edits to.

Win with either large creatures of with Simic Ascendency.

Most if not all my permanents have ways of getting/giving +1/+1 counters.

I replacednew horizon’s with 3 Hadana's Climb   to make help give creatures a +1/+1 counter and it gives another way to win by giving creatures like Galloping Lizrog evasion and a powerboost. And also because im usually good on mana most of the time.

Thoughts and suggestions are definitely welcome.
