Manifest Deathtiny (Standard MTG Deck)

Litter the field with one mana deathtouchers. Make their attacks scarier with Brutal Hordechief. Whisperwood Elemental works as card draw since most of the deck is creatures that cost one mana to flip over. The possibility of the manifested card having deathtouch keeps the opponent guessing. The scrylands help make sure I'm manifesting a creature card rather than a land or a sorcery. Manifest works pretty well with my morph creatures, Grim Haruspex and Ruthless Ripper , which can be turned up for their morph costs. Collected Company should be able to grab 2 deathtouchers at instant speed. The white splash is for Athreos, God of Passage and the Brutal Hordechief activated ability. Athreos, God of Passage can bounce manifested lands or sorceries to your hand. Sylvan Caryatid makes the splash easier and can be manifested late game so it can attack and eat 1-for-1 removal. Thoughtseize takes out anything that is hard to deal with: flyers, planeswalkers, or non-creature cards.

The sideboard is set up to deal with flyers and control decks. Despise keeps me more healthy than Thoughtsieze does against creature heavy/ aggro decks. Hero's Downfall for spot removal since it can target Stormbreath Dragon. Stain the Mind can also take care of Stormbreath Dragon or anything else that's tough to handle. Reaper of the Wilds grants me a lot of knowledge and really strengthens the manifest abilities. Virulent Plague takes care of tokens.

Formerly "One Mana Deathtouch". I've made quite a few tweaks to the deck. A major change being that I've nearly dropped all of the white, only splashing it for Athreos, God of Passage and the newly added Brutal Hordechief. I don't get to take advantage of Archetype of Courage anymore, but I've added manifest effects to the deck which makes for some sneaky surprise deathtouchers. Whisperwood Elemental makes this deck super cool and fun to play with. I think these changed have made the deck much better.
