This is a budget deck that I've built to play SilverBlack events (Standard with only common and uncommon cards). The only card that will need to be removed after October's (2019) rotation is Favorable Winds, which helps this deck a lot, so if Throne of Eldraine brings something similar (and I sure hope it does), I'll certainly be using it. Maybe if they reprint Favorable Winds again...

I plan on keep playing with this deck until Eldraine drops, then i'll put it aside in favor of a monoblue flash/tempo that i'm currently brewing. But i've made some changes that i felt like were needed, so thi is probbaly the final form of my UW Flyers.
