Based on an idea I got from a friend, this deck looks to take advantage of Krenko, Mob Boss + Sling-Gang Lieutenant . The set-up is straightforward enough: Do everything on your power to have both of the above cards on the board as soon as possible, then start saccing goblins until you win.

There are, of course, supplementary pieces in here: Goblin Matron ensures we get the missing pieces more quickly. Boggart Birth Rite provides security in case the opponent has removal. Frogtosser Banneret and Skirk Prospector help us cheat out goblins ahead of schedule. Zulaport Cutthroat is the budget version of Blood Artist we run simply to save some cash (trying to stay under $100). Goblin Instigator and Mogg War Marshall help us build up steam for sacrifice. And a couple others.
