Here's a counter deck that I threw together. Forgotten Ancient and Managorger Hydra are there to generate counters, and either Forgotten Ancient or Bioshift can be used to move them around to where they're most useful. Simic Manipulator can be used to gain control of cards or Gyre Sage can be used to monstrosity Hydra Broodmaster or cast Genesis Hydra. I'm open to suggestions as long they aren't too expensive.
