With the printing of newcomer Honor Troll , egregious pun included, he rounds out the exclusive club of Angel of Vitality and Twinblade Paladin : creatures who want your life to be 25 or higher. Interestingly enough, both Honor Troll and Angel of Vitality also tack an extra point onto all of your lifegain, helping you get your life total up so all of your creatures get jacked.

With an extra point or two being put onto all of your lifegain, the trick is to gain lots of little bits of life rather than one big chunk at a time. Soul Warden gets you a point for every creature you drop, and even Graypelt Refuge picks a little up on the way. The real secret tech is Sun Droplet - for each point of damage you take, you'll gain it back. But with an Angel or Troll in play, each point of damage will gain you two or more life to replace it! Your opponent damaging you will only raise your life in the long run, and your other bits of life gain should help keep him from outpacing it.

Behemoth Sledge and Shadowspear can tack lifelink onto any of your creatures, giving you a fast way to gain life and get your critters fighting fit. The addition of trample helps their massive size punch through, finishing off your opponent as he miserably watches the gap between your life totals grow with every turn!
