Maybeboard

The general theme of the deck is cheating out big enchantments using Ghen's ability, and avoiding the (sometimes fatal) drawbacks of certain spells. Control cards like Rule of Law and Spirit of the Labyrinth can be useful to stop your opponents from getting ahead, but as soon as you want to start accelerating you're able to easily replace them.

Fallen Ideal lets us repeatedly sacrifice it to get better things back from the graveyard, to avoid running out of enchantments to get rid of.

Rings of Brighthearth is another good piece of synergy, allowing us to return two enchantments for each one sacrificed to Ghen.

Since the idea of the deck is to cheat in our expensive enchantments using Ghen's ability, we must first get these into the graveyard. Tymaret Calls the Dead can do this, but the deck lack other ways.

There definitely needs to be more ways to do this.

Every good commander deck needs to be able to answer problems when they appear so, for this reason, there are a slew of removal spells in here. I've included 4 board wipes and 6 targeted removal spells. You don't necessarily need all of these, and you could always include more.

Since Banishing Light and Elspeth Conquers Death can be recurred with Ghen's ability, I feel like these are must haves.

Since the deck is a bit shy on creatures, we can make use of enchantments for defence as well. Ghostly Prison and Sphere of Safety discourage our opponents from attacking us, and Karmic Justice and Martyr's Bond also help to stop our opponents from dealing with our board state.
Phyrexian Unlife pairs with either Form of the Dragon or Solemnity, preventing you from losing the game by running out of life. This is good in itself, but Axis of Mortality or Repay in Kind then allow you to set your opponents life to zero, removing them from the game.

Another, unrelated, way to set your opponents' life down low is with Captive Audience, death tends to swiftly follow.

Whilst seemingly innocent at first, Harmless Offering can cause some major headaches for your opponents. This is included is for Demonic Pact, allowing you to force your opponent to choose the final option, removing them from the game. It also works well with Demonic Lore and Treacherous Blessing.

In the event your Offering is countered, you're still able to sacrifice these cards to Ghen so you don't have to suffer the negative effects.

Doom Foretold can be used to force our opponents to sacrifice their permanents, whilst we can repeatedly sacrifice it only to be brought back. Then Nettlevine Blight and Cruel Reality offer continuous punishment, and both can be easily brought back using Ghen.
