In the battle in my heart between Rielle, the Everwise and Niv-Mizzet, Parun for next Izzet spell-slinger, Reille won. This deck is all about using Rielle, the Everwise to sift through your deck to find answers for threats like Forbid or Chaos Warp until you find your win-cons like Beacon of Tomorrows with Archmage Ascension to find it each turn for "infinite" turns, the classic blue over-draw wins with Laboratory Maniac and Jace, Wielder of Mysteries, and my personal favorite of Mizzix's Mastery overloaded and a Sphinx-Bone Wand or Guttersnipe. There is also plenty of recursion effects to get back your good stuff that you previously discarded.
